For Windows 7 OS:
1. Open Network and Sharing center from the lower right corner of internet connectivity.
2. In the view your network section, Click the Connection type e.g. Local Area Connection (for me).
3. A new dialog box will appear. Click the 'Properties' button.
4. Now see the 'tick' marked lines under the 'This connection uses the following items'.
5. Click OK and then CLOSE. You're done. :)
6. If this not working... restart your pc.
Check it should work!. :)

- UNCHECK the 'AVG network filter driver' (if you have AVG as ur antivirus).
- Also UNCHECK the 'QoS packet scheduler'.
5. Click OK and then CLOSE. You're done. :)
