Behavior affects Future

Your behavior is a good indicator of your future. A person's behavior serve as a conduit through which he creates an environment not only for himself but also for other people. Even if you practise good behavior, this does not guarantee that you will not pass away prematurely.

One may envision how a person would be spending their life if they exhibited such behaviour, which is relevant when it comes to prediction. Human beings are always quick to pass judgement and are always interested in learning about the future. In addition to this, he uses his perception to evaluate his own mistakes as well as the mistakes of others.

The behaviour of a person is one of the indicators that can be used to determine their future. Some examples of behaviour include being impolite, courteous, neutral, confrontational, disputing, showing dominance, providing assistance, and feeling overwhelmed. Every single one of them leads to a particular accomplishment that one could want to accomplish.

Imagine that you have to get through a gate that is located at a distance of 500 meters. The path is kept active by the presence of both people and automobiles. But how exactly do you plan to approach the gate?

Either you may approach it in a serious manner, disregarding any distractions that may be in your way, or you may take a casual approach to getting there by conversing with the people around you, sharing a vehicle, or approaching it by looking at the view side by side. It is possible for you to be of any kind, and your behaviour will be helpful in anticipating your journey that you will undergo to reach your objectives. Moreover, life is full of a variety of objectives, isn't it.

Hunger for Respect.

Positive karma will naturally elicit admiration. The majority of individuals endeavour to emulate others in order to earn their admiration. This is an inherent occurrence.

However, when the longing for respect becomes excessive to the point where an individual begins to conform to others' expectations, it becomes problematic. An individual engaged in commendable endeavours does not seek to obtain admiration. It commands respect effortlessly, without the need to coerce others into giving it.

What is a commendable/good act?

An action performed with genuine and impartial intention is considered a virtuous deed/act. Engaging in work-field with sincerity constitutes a virtuous action. Engaging in altruistic behaviour is considered a commendable action.

Engage actively in your karma and it will accumulate until you are fully content. If not, it may become habitual for you to consistently engage in actions that generate positive karma until it reaches its pinnacle, so providing you with a sense of fulfilment in the next stage. The objective is to consistently engage in positive actions until you achieve a state of contentment.

Occasionally, it is necessary to vigorously defend one's virtuous actions. Overcoming such objections that arise when engaging in virtuous actions is a straightforward task. Nature possesses both a formidable and captivating beauty. Nature offers the world a variety of objects that exist in pairs. Therefore, it is necessary to demonstrate both affection and aggression in your actions. You are compelled to proceed with both options.

Why I chose Non-Vegetarian food.

The consumption of raw or cooked meat is not solely based on flavour, but also on the underlying rationale that the world presents to us.

Carnivores prey on other organisms in order to consume their flesh. Consequently, it is inherent in our nature to engage in killing for sustenance. There is no moral wrongdoing in rationalising the act of taking the lives of animals solely for the purpose of consumption. Flesh can also be considered a type of sustenance.
How does the act of consuming food become morally wrong?

I am willing to offer myself as sustenance if necessary, but, the issue is in the experience of pain. The human body is equipped with the sensation of pain by nature as a means of safeguarding us from mortal harm. This is a rationale for why nature desires our continued connection to this planet. Pain is an essential component in the struggle for survival. Without experiencing pain, there will be no progress or improvement.

In the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna advised Arjuna to engage in meditation while seated on a deer skin, as it is considered the most optimal method of meditation for a yogi. Utilising deer skin now entails the act of hunting deer for the purpose of obtaining their skin. Is that not considered a sin? It is not so for Lord Krishna. Krishna stated that he is the ultimate cause of every action, and so, you are only a tool or instrument through which he operates.

In Ayurveda, the consumption of cow's flesh is recommended for the treatment of diseases or ailments. Cow meat is effective in treating dry cough, fatigue, excessive hunger, intermittent fevers, emaciation, and other ailments. Evidently, the consumption of beef has been observed to have a significant impact on both its culinary uses and its potential for treating various ailments. How can the act of consuming food be considered a sin? Despite its therapeutic properties for treating illnesses.
When deciding to consume meat, it is advisable to avoid attempting to demonstrate that it is a sinful act. Food is a necessity for both pleasure and survival, and it is unfair to hold anyone accountable for consuming it.

Bhagwad Gita: Worship Krishna NOT Devatas.

Chapter 7: Gyana Vigyana Yoga: Shlok 23

Krishna saying:
Worshipping Devatas is NOT a sign of Intelligence because those results are temporary. Those who worship devatas, reach the devatas; those who worship ME, reach ME.

Bhagwad Gita: God is NOT responsible.

Chapter 5: Karma Sannyasa Yoga: Shlok 15

Krishna Saying:
It is not God who is responsible for pious or wicked deeds. It is the responsibility of the living being who is conditioned by material nature and covered by ignorance.

Bhagwad Gita: They are all same.

Chapter 5: Karma Sannyas Yoga: Shlok 18

Krishna saying:
A Brahmana, a cow, a dog, and a dog-eater are all the same for a man in knowledge.

Bhagwad Gita: Meditation on Deer skin.

Ch 6: Dhyana Yoga: Shlok 11
Krishna saying:
The Yogi should practice in a clean and secluded place on a seat made of Kusha grass, covered by deer skin and a cloth over it. The asana should neither be too low nor too high.

Bhagwad Gita: Mixing Varnas and its bad consequences.

Regarding the Sanatan tradition, caste is paramount. In the Bhagavad Gita, Arjuna emphasizes the value of dharma and caste. Take note of what he said to Lord Krishna as he begged for assistance.

Chapter 1: Shlok 39
Arjuna saying:

When dynasties fall and family traditions are lost, there is a rise in irreligious practices.

Chapter 1: Shlok 40

Arjuna saying:

With irreligion and mixture of the varnas, women become immoral and produce unwanted children, O' Krishna.

Chapter 1: Shlok 41

Arjuna saying:

The unwanted population makes existence a living hell for one and all. Even the ancesters are doomed, being deprived of sacrificial offerings of food and water.

Chapter 1: Shlok 42

Arjuna saying:

The net result is destruction of all castes and dharma, whether related to family or community, merely by the evil act of breaking caste-dharma tradition.

The 1.6 million-year-old discovery about human evolution

The most plausible period in prehistory when humans first spoke has been determined by new study.

Steven Mithens
According to research by British archaeologist Steven Mithen, early humans probably originated in eastern or southern Africa about 1.6 million years ago, when they first learned to speak.

Prior to recently, the majority of experts on human evolution believed that humans originated no earlier than 200,000 years ago. According to recent research by Professor Mithen, which was released this month, the earliest known form of human language is at least eight times older. His analysis is predicated on an exhaustive examination of all the extant material related to archaeology, paleo-anatomy, genetics, neurology, and language.
When taken as a whole, the data point to the emergence of language between two and 1.5 million years ago, coinciding with other phases of human evolution.

Frontal lobe evolution

It is noteworthy that the size of the human brain developed exceptionally quickly after 1.5 million BC, notably after 2 million BC. The internal organisation of the brain, particularly the initial emergence of the frontal lobe region, which is directly linked to language production and comprehension, was correlated with that increase in brain size.
Broca Area

Scientists refer to this region as Broca's area, and it appears to have developed from previous structures that allowed early humans to communicate through hand and arm gestures.

According to recent studies, the development of Broca's region was also associated with gains in working memory, which is an essential component of sentence construction. However, the emergence of primitive language was also dependent on other evolutionary events. Changes in the shape of the human cranium and the appearance of a more developed form of bipedalism approximately 1.8 million years ago most likely marked the beginning of the process of reshaping and repositioning the vocal tract, which allowed for speaking.

The archaeological record provides more important evidence that suggests humans began speaking approximately 1.6 million BC. Humans were not very strong animals in comparison to many other animals. They had to make up for that relative physical deficiency if they were to thrive.

Hunting
From an evolutionary perspective, language was most likely a component of that compensatory approach for physical strength. Early humans need better group planning and coordination skills to hunt huge animals (or, when scavenging, to oppose physically strong animal rivals); language development would have been essential in aiding that. Date-wise, hunting by humans is noteworthy; it appears to have started about two million years ago, but it appears to have picked up significant speed about 1.5 million years ago. The development and generation-to-generation cultural transfer of even more advanced stone tool technology also occurred around 1.6 million BC. The long-term transmission of sophisticated abilities and information from one generation to the next also strongly suggests that speech exists.

Human Migration
Furthermore, the ability to communicate through language was probably essential for humans to survive in a variety of ecological and climatic conditions; in fact, it's probably no accident that the ability to rapidly expand human colonisation of the planet occurred about 1.4 million years ago, or not too long after the likelihood of language's origin. The ability to think forward, plan for the future, and transmit information are the three main forward-looking functions that language has given humans.

There seems to be some continuity between very early human languages and modern ones, according to research. Remarkably, he thinks, some features of that initial linguistic evolution from 1.6 million years ago are still present in modern languages. He is suggesting that some of the earliest words that early humans pronounced were probably ones that characterise the objects they stand for, either through their length or sounds.

In fact, future studies might be able to approximate the structure and organisation of those early languages. While the origin of language appears to have happened about 1.6 million years ago, it was not the end of linguistic evolution; rather, it was only the beginning.

Only very gradually did language become increasingly sophisticated over the course of hundreds of thousands of years, peaking 150,000 years ago with the development of anatomically modern humans.

Treadmill Workout - My Way

Exercise on a treadmill seems strange. Let me tell you, though, there are a lot of different ways to work out on a treadmill. A personal treadmill would be sufficient for performing fat-loss exercises.

I combine all three forms of exercise on the treadmill: walking, jogging, and running. I start with a 25-minute walk at an inclination of 2 to 8, which means that I increase the inclination by 2 for every five minutes of walking. As a result, I would be at an 8 inclination by the 25th minute.

I begin running for 5 to 8 minutes at a moderate pace of 5.5 after a 25-minute walk.I raise the speed to 8 for the last loop and try to hold it there for as long as I can after running for five to eight minutes. I get a runner's high from it after working out.

Another method is called the 12-3-30 form. It just entails using a treadmill for thirty minutes at a speed of three and an incline of twelve. In actuality, this method is insufficiently effective, particularly for people with stubborn fat. Run, in order to burn fat, that won't go away.

Death - A bliss or curse?

Because death brings with it no consciousness or anxiety, it is one of life's greatest blessings. A diseased individual wants their voluntary end of life.

In fact, it is claimed that everyone who is alive experiences momentary death on a daily basis. implies sleeping. Sleep is a kind of transient death since it takes consciousness to an incomprehensible level.

In a similar vein, the moment we breathe in or out is another instance of transient death. We can refer to that little period of time when we are not breathing in or out as a "short death phase."

Although the soul is invisible to us, we are aware that it is the source of energy

for all living things. Most people think that the soul is indestructible and may go from one body to another. In my opinion, the soul eventually disperses throughout other living things. Either a random or mathematical distribution can be used for this. If it's random, it would be impossible to understand; if it's mathematical, we can draw the conclusion that everything that occurs in the universe is based solely on mathematics. All we have to do is figure out its formula.

This is the work of science. Science interprets the workings of the cosmos using numbers.

UNIVERSE AND KARMA.

Karma comes from deeds. either a deliberate or unconscious action. implies that karma is an integral aspect of the cosmos. Put another way, every small action taken by a living thing has an impact on the cosmos. In reality, astrologers disagree on the subject.

According to astrologers, the universe affects every living thing, which means that the universe causes us to act in a certain way. Put differently, all living things are only puppets of the universe.

The term "destiny" is also used by astrologers to support their claims to be able to foretell the past,

present, and future. Furthermore, astrology is mathematical, which is an intriguing aspect. To build astronomical charts of an individual based on their birthplace and time, mathematics is necessary. There are numerous ways to forecast one's future as well. It should be understood that this is only a prediction and that the precise timing of events is unknown. If astrology is accurate, this presents a conundrum since it implies that man is both the universe's puppet as well as have free-will. Confusing, isn't it?

What would the death be, then, if it were possible to predict the moment of death? Will it be a blessing or a curse?
