1. Sit anywhere with comfort but
sitting in a cross-leg and straight back position is strongly
recommended.
2. Remember, you've to chant the powerful
mantra 'AUM' in such a way that its sound vibrate your head as well.
3. Speak 'Aaaaa.....' for the first 3 seconds
and then continue ' UuuuMmmmm........'' till
your lungs has the capacity to exhale slowly
and harmoniously.
4. Do it for 5 minutes daily to improve memory
and concentration.
